Responsibilities:
- Assist with pre- and post-sales technical activities.
- Provide on-site technical support for product use.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical seminars.
- Manage installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct proactive and reactive system maintenance.
- Maintain updated records of site visits and installations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Medical Sciences; Master’s a plus.
- 5+ years in clinical lab as Virology/Microbiology Technician.
- Proficiency in Arabic; English fluency preferred.
- Experience with PCR, microbiology, and molecular biology.
- Familiarity with local quality policies and lab automation.
