Solutions Architect (German Speaking) at Postman in Germany Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Act as trusted advisor for customers.
• Drive value and adoption of Postman.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Conduct discovery to identify use cases.
• Advocate as an extension of the customer’s team.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers.
• Collaborate with Sales on expansion targets.
• Guide customers on API journey.
• Liaise with Product team for updates.
• Produce enablement resources for customers.
• Build solutions for customer needs.

Requirements:

• Strong technical background in CS or related field.
• Fluent in German and English.
• 8-12 years in solutions architect or similar role.
• Experience with senior tech and executive audiences.
• Skilled in building long-term customer relationships.
• Deep understanding of APIs and DevOps.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS sales process.
• Proficiency with developer tooling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
