- Drive customers towards Veeva application best practices.
- Lead Veeva change request delivery and deployment.
- Manage service delivery team capacity and utilization.
- Onboard new Veeva project teams into the customer environment.
- Implement and design BAU release processes based on best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in business software solutions implementation.
- Experience in customer-facing and consulting roles.
- Strong problem-solving and solution design abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
