Responsibilities:
- Supervise CAM Specialists and CAM Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and metrics.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Oversee client screenings and assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve outcomes.
- Manage team relationships and customer-facing meetings.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field.
- Clinical licensure in Florida (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, etc.).
- 2+ years of experience in staff coaching or supervision.
- Knowledge of Florida behavioral health infrastructure.
- Experience in Quality Assurance monitoring and metrics.
- Bilingual or multilingual a plus.
