Customer Success Manager at Crossing Minds in United States Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Build trusted relationships with key customer contacts.
• Review customer campaigns and provide strategic guidance.
• Onboard and deploy new customers with the engineering team.
• Advise customers on best practices in personalization.
• Work with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Manage customer relationships to impact KPIs, revenue, etc.
• Balance short-term projects while anticipating customer needs.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to internal teams.
• Identify and manage opportunities for upsell and enablement.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in enterprise SAAS customer success.
• Empathetic and thoughtful approach to customer interactions.
• Analytical mindset to uncover customer opportunities.
• Understanding of the AI software landscape.
• Ability to work with diverse customer needs and visions.
• Experience managing projects and collaborating with engineers.
• Preferred: Experience with international customers.
