Responsibilities:
- Define and implement various qualitative research methods.
- Conduct independent research on product and experience aspects.
- Deliver actionable findings to design and engineering counterparts.
- Communicate and advocate for research insights.
- Document and present recommendations and insights.
- Work closely with the supervising researcher to resolve usability issues.
Requirements:
- BA or MA/MS in psychology, HCI, or related field.
- 2+ years in experimental research within software.
- Proficiency in usability studies, interviews, and surveys.
- Solid understanding of the design process.
- Strong project management skills, Agile or Lean preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
