- Improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues at brewery sites.
Requirements:
- Engineering experience in beverage/food industries.
- Led brewery Capex projects from planning to completion.
- Proficient in project management.
- Skilled in team coaching and motivation.
- Strong communication and influencing abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
