Responsibilities:
- Define IT and Telephony team’s strategy and objectives.
- Manage IT and Telephony operation teams’ scope of work.
- Develop IT policies and processes from first principles.
- Improve IT metrics across various areas of responsibility.
- Partner with Engineering on Information Security management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology needs.
- Make effective system and technology investment decisions.
- Identify need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems.
- Build relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts.
Requirements:
- 10 years in information technology or a related field.
- 5 years experience in leadership roles.
- Experience in budgeting and resource allocation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with tools like Jamf, Jira, Monday, Google Workspace.
- Experience in a rapidly scaling startup environment.
- Fluency in English (French is advantageous).
