Security Analyst II at Deepwatch in United States Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Support incident handling across multiple platforms.
• Analyze escalated requests from Security Analyst I.
• Perform investigations using SIEM and SOAR technologies.
• Identify gaps and configuration errors in customer environments.
• Provide support and coaching to Security Analyst I.
• Contribute to projects for overall customer success.
• Produce high-quality reports and communications for customers.
• Identify and recommend improvements for customer security posture.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles.
• Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk preferred).
• Competency in header analysis, hashes, and logs.
• Knowledge of EDR, email security, and cloud identity platforms.
• Ability to write thorough and accurate reports.
• Sec+, CySA, CEH, GSEC, or equivalent certification preferred.
• U.S. Person status required for ITAR compliance.
