Responsibilities:
- Research and submit FOIA requests per client request.
- Extract information from PDF and enter into CRM.
- Maintain companies and clients in CRM.
- Research Fire Classes and document relevant details.
- Create and update How-To guides and SOPs.
- Assist with miscellaneous research projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Expertise in CRM Management, especially HubSpot.
- Strong research abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite/Google Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great time management skills.
- Dependable with reliable internet.
