Responsibilities:
- Develop customized Kiddom product demonstrations.
- Support retaining existing accounts and customer happiness.
- Manage customer relationships and product implementations.
- Assist Account Executives in sales and onboarding.
- Participate in K-12 trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on content.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of K-12 education experience.
- 5+ years of experience in ed tech sales support.
- School Principal or curriculum director background preferred.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Ability to travel 70%+ of the time.
