Responsibilities:
- Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities.
- Drive sales of USP products through phone and email outreach.
- Target promotions of strategic products to inside sales customers.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching potential accounts.
- Provide customer support and forward technical queries.
- Analyze competitors and identify sales opportunities.
- Promote USP’s products and training programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3-5 years sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales and account management skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and maintaining customer records.
- Ability to work the 2pm-11pm shift.
- B2B inside sales experience.
