Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 6-12 years in software development, 3-4 years in leadership.
- Hands-on Agile framework implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of Project Management processes.
- Experience mentoring and coaching technology talent.
- Offshore development environment experience.
- Project Management Certification is a plus.
