Responsibilities:
- Complete OBRA and Medicare MDS assessments.
- Develop and review care plans with the team.
- Participate in meetings for Quality Measure and Utilization Review.
- Conduct audits to ensure reimbursement accuracy.
- Stay updated on state and federal regulations.
- Support Senior Practice Manager and Director of Clinical Consulting.
- Maintain proficiency with EMR systems like Point Click Care.
Requirements:
- Active RN or LPN license, Ohio-based preferred.
- 2+ years experience in MDS completion in Ohio SNF.
- AAPACN RAC-CT certification preferred.
- Knowledge of Ohio SNF reimbursement and Case Mix management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
