Responsibilities:
- Assist with operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Address network issues for equipment functionality.
- Keep accurate records of parts used.
- Support internal teams and travel as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to maintain a Gaming License.
- Strong computer literacy and troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with hardware maintenance.
- Positive attitude and customer service skills.
- Previous gaming industry experience (preferred).
