Adoption Consultant at 6sense Insights, Inc. in Mexico Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Manage project delivery from inception to launch.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Understand customer priorities and track initiatives.
• Work with customers to define workflows and requirements.
• Help prioritize use cases for strategic impact and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Drive product adoption post-onboarding.
• Guide customers through best practices as an expert.
• Contribute to developing training and collateral materials.
• Work with sales to align implementation expectations.

Requirements:

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Experience with enterprise customer management.
• Technical or non-technical software experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Proactive, self-starting attitude in a dynamic environment.
