Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting functions, including GL management.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
- Analyze financial performance and suggest improvements.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with European financial regulations.
- Implement and monitor internal controls and audits.
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 8 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Solid understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and VAT regulations.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel.
