Responsibilities:

• Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements.
• Provide expert advice on MV/HV power cable systems.
• Conduct field and lab tests for MV/HV cable systems.
• Support project teams with technical expertise.
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
• Manage product/service portfolio and global development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-voltage power cable industry.
• In-depth knowledge of cable systems, testing, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with relevant standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, UL).
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Good reputation in the power cable industry and committees.
