Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful onboarding, training, and certification.
- Participate in joint business planning and review sessions.
- Support Partner technical initiatives like demos and workshops.
- Advocate for Partners’ technical concerns with internal teams.
- Analyze Partner services and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams.
- Curate best practices for Datadog platform adoption.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations.
- 10-15 years of experience in a customer/partner-facing role.
- Solid business acumen and ability to articulate Datadog value.
- Experience in Observability, Public Cloud, and Containerization.
- Knowledge in Dev/Scripting, Config Mgmt, and CI/CD.
- Confident presentation and communication skills.
