Responsibilities:

• Advance the vision, strategy, and execution of Webflow Optimize.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and other teams.
• Conduct research to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Prioritize product backlog and manage the roadmap.
• Develop compelling value propositions for stakeholders.
• Define and track key product metrics for decision-making.
• Advocate for users and drive product improvements.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies for product features.

Requirements:

• Experience leading products supporting multiple personas.
• Led multi-disciplinary teams in high-growth environments.
• Strong technical acumen and communication skills.
• Comfortable with agile methodologies and fast-paced work.
• Strong understanding of design aesthetics and principles.
• Experience with Webflow and web design tools.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into user-friendly interfaces.
