Responsibilities:
- Acquire new logo business and build a strong pipeline.
- Proactively seek new customers and opportunities.
- Maximize business potential through upsell/cross-sell.
- Engage with leads to convert MQL into real opportunities.
- Manage own customer portfolio and maintain relationships.
- Represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
- Manage client meetings and ensure timely communication.
- Maintain accurate customer information in CRM (Salesforce).
- Handle jobs from quotation stage to booking.
- Assist operations team with quotations and service info.
Requirements:
- Strong Czech language skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and sales reporting.
- Sales-driven with a focus on upsell and cross-sell.
- Willingness to travel for industry trade shows.
