Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual palliative care to patients.
- Supervise, mentor, and train provider staff.
- Develop and maintain patient care protocols and standards.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Coordinate quality improvement, safety, and infection control.
- Create education and development opportunities for providers.
- Maintain patient statistics and comprehensive patient records.
- Direct and oversee patient care within the organization.
- Participate in peer reviews, case reviews, and medical staff meetings.
- Provide on-call backup services as needed.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
- Valid California medical license.
- Ability to obtain licenses in other states.
- American Board of Specialties eligibility and certification.
- Valid DEA certificate.
- Previous management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
