Responsibilities:

• Retain and increase client spend with MRI.
• Manage entire sales process within assigned territory.
• Consult with clients to address business needs.
• Conduct software demos and industry promotions.
• Focus on large and at-risk accounts for retention.
• Mentor sales team and share strategies.
• Generate new business through existing relationships.
• Build executive-level relationships for growth.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of strategic sales experience.
• Experience in commercial or real estate industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of real estate software and services.
• Proven track record in new business and software sales.
• Strong marketing strategy and competitive analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
