Responsibilities:
- Support Lead Services Planner in scheduling and staffing.
- Track engagements and enter staffing plans into system.
- Maintain accurate records in scheduling tool.
- Lead session preparation and confirm logistics with clients.
- Arrange session logistics and coordinate internally.
- Ensure timely documentation and close-out activities.
- Conduct pre-invoicing process and coordinate with Accounting.
Requirements:
- 1+ year in planning/coordinating professional learning.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Proactive communicator with problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer-centric orientation and teamwork.
- Commitment to high-quality K-12 education.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
