Responsibilities:
- Lead ADP Workforce Now platform implementation.
- Design, configure, and deploy solutions for clients.
- Develop solutions documentation and drive implementation.
- Build POCs and demos for customer use cases.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during setup.
- Work with customers to understand technical requirements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in software engineering or solutions architecture.
- 2+ years in customer-facing technical roles.
- Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of APIs and data formats.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with data transformation and validation.
