Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 3 full-time employees.
• Define campaign goals, KPIs, and reporting.
• Oversee content creation across social channels.
• Lead influencer marketing efforts and creator roster.
• Craft stories and narratives to build owned audiences.
• Cultivate 1,000+ superfans through the Apollo community.
• Ensure Apollo’s Slack community is a valuable resource.
• Create content about and by Apollo’s customers.
• Collaborate with employees on social and community campaigns.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in marketing.
• 5+ years in social media management and team leadership.
• 3+ years in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Proven success scaling social followings from 100k to 1M.
• A portfolio showcasing exceptional social content.
• Ability to measure and report on campaign impact.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
• B2B sales background is a plus.
