Responsibilities:

• Execute go-to-market strategy for AMP product.
• Recruit top sales talent for the sales team.
• Coach and motivate senior-level acquisition sales team.
• Set and track AE objectives and team performance.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of leadership experience in sales.
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals.
• Experience leading remote teams in sales.
• Ability to forecast and analyze sales performance.
• Strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Skilled in managing KPIs to drive performance.
• Experience in sales training and process management.
