Supplier Quote Administrator at Vecima Networks Inc. in Canada Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute RFQs.
• Identify expired or missing quotes.
• Request and gather information from new suppliers.
• Maintain supplier card database with accurate updates.
• Post and review supplier contracts for renewal.
• Support Vecima’s ESG program with 3rd party partner.
• Work with financial operations to update standard costs.
• Perform data entry, reporting, and file posting tasks.
• Administer cloud-based supply chain file portal.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or designation in Supply Chain Management.
• 2-3 years of related experience.
• Membership with APICS, SCMA is an asset.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• ERP system experience (Oracle is an asset).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong time management and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Self-starter with teamwork and goal achievement skills.
• Analytical problem-solving and process improvement skills.
