Director of Digital Programmatic Strategy at Directive in Canada Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement programmatic strategy.
• Align programmatic methodology with Customer Generation.
• Identify and evaluate new programmatic growth opportunities.
• Oversee programmatic campaign execution and optimization.
• Implement data-driven approach to campaign analysis.
• Lead and mentor programmatic strategists.
• Provide training to enhance programmatic expertise.
• Serve as programmatic expert in client meetings.
• Leverage DSPs for programmatic success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on programmatic offerings.
• Drive innovation in programmatic products and strategies.
• Oversee department budget and resource planning.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in programmatic advertising, 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record in B2B tech/SaaS programmatic campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of programmatic ecosystem and DSPs.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
• Experience with customer service and C-suite communication.
