Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for creator inquiries.
- Provide direct support through one-on-one calls.
- Assist with newsletters, push notifications, and emails.
- Document common inquiries for internal knowledge base.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-2 years in customer-facing/service roles.
- Efficient, self-motivated, and collaborative.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to diagnose problems and provide solutions.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google suite.
- Familiarity with MailChimp and communication platforms.
