Recruitment Specialist at Respect Aged Care in Australia Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers for end-to-end recruitment.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and attract suitable candidates.
• Develop strategies for future hiring needs and solutions.
• Stay updated on position requirements and relevant legislation.
• Handle candidate enquiries about vacancies and applications.
• Assist with candidate on-boarding and entitlement confirmations.
• Support leadership in screening, assessment, and interviews.
• Assist with reference and background checks as required.
• Demonstrate sensitivity to diverse business units and needs.
• Contribute to recruitment policies, procedures, and systems.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in recruitment.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or internal).
• Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
• Experience in residential aged care or home care is desirable.
• Must satisfy Aged Care Worker Screening legislative requirements.
