Digital Onboarding Project Manager at Dotdigital in South Africa Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Drive onboarding progress through calls and emails.
• Oversee account setup and feature activation.
• Manage onboarding and implementation projects.
• Ensure customer satisfaction during onboarding.
• Update project management tools with current status.
• Document implementation specifics for customers.
• Set up customer accounts based on requirements.
• Brief colleagues to support complex tasks.
• Collaborate with teams on customer success.
• Provide help and advice on Dotdigital products.
• Serve as the main point of contact during onboarding.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a customer-facing digital role.
• 2+ years managing client-facing projects.
• 2+ years onboarding customers to SAAS platforms.
• 2+ years in ecommerce, personalization, or marketing.
• Experience managing multiple cross-team projects.
• Strong attention to detail under pressure.
• Experience working with international brands.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills.
• Prior experience with HTML and JavaScript.
