Responsibilities:
- Prepare expert reports, testimony, and trial exhibits.
- Analyze issues in prime and subcontractor disputes.
- Investigate violations of the False Claims Act.
- Review and prepare REAs and claims.
- Rebut DCAA and DCMA assertions.
- Analyze cost and price issues under bid protests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or Economics.
- 7+ years in Forensic Accounting with Government Contracts.
- Experience in expert report preparation and testimony.
- Ability to travel 0% – 25% quarterly.
