Responsibilities:
- Reconcile purchases within 72 hours of posting.
- Ensure inventory is accurately accounted for.
- Reconcile credit card transactions.
- Assist with monthly close reconciliation.
- Recommend improvements to accounting procedures.
- Assist with audits and create spreadsheet reports.
- Perform general duties and ad hoc requests.
- Work in US Pacific Time Zone.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2+ years of general ledger accounting experience.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and databases.
- Flexible to work in US Pacific Time Zone.
