Senior Data Engineer at Vitesse PSP Limited in United Kingdom Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines.
• Develop and optimize ELT processes for real-time data.
• Build and manage data warehouses for analytics and ML.
• Implement data governance, validation, and security.
• Optimize query performance and storage costs.
• Build monitoring and alerting systems for data pipelines.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data availability.
• Integrate new data technologies and tools.
• Resolve bugs with product engineers.
• Update documentation for data products.

Requirements:

• Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow).
• Proficiency in version control (GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy laws.
• Expertise in SQL and distributed data tools (Spark).
• Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Terraform).
• Familiarity with stream processing (Kafka/Kinesis).
• Collaborative team member with Agile experience.
