Sales Account Manager – West Coast- Actives and Specialty Ingredients at TRI-K Industries in United States Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to maintain and expand sales.
• Prepare and implement short and long-term sales plans.
• Forecast product demand and prepare budgets.
• Track sales activities using Salesforce.com.
• Follow up on sample requests.
• Meet with customers to understand their objectives.
• Recommend new products and technologies to clients.
• Ensure post-implementation support is provided.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly.
• Prepare and deliver technical/product presentations.
• Participate in trade shows and sales meetings.
• Plan travel and itineraries for client visits.
• Prepare expense, itinerary, and call reports.
• Keep up with market trends, new tech, and customer projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
• 3+ years in Lab (R&D, Technical Services, Evaluations).
• 3+ years in sales of specialty chemicals (Actives).
• Ability to communicate with internal teams and customers.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com for tracking sales.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow through.
