Responsibilities:
- Manage field stock of battery storage and charging systems.
- Monitor systems via remote access and troubleshoot errors.
- Analyze error causes with the development department.
- Provide timely and professional customer service.
- Contribute to the continuous development of products.
Requirements:
- Completed technical training in Mechatronics or related fields.
- Knowledge of IT, network, or climate/cooling technology is a plus.
- Solution-oriented with strong customer service skills.
- Fascinated by renewable energy and e-mobility.
- Good teamwork, structured, and independent working style.
- Fluent in German and very good English.
