Responsibilities:
- Act as L2 Compliance for unresolved name screening alerts.
- Conduct Open Sourced Intelligence Research.
- Assess risks and present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Advise on managing financial crime, sanctions, and ABC risks.
- Evaluate processes for identifying compliance risks.
- Review FCC/Sanctions/ABC related risk profiles.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in financial crime or sanctions compliance.
- Knowledge of banking processes, procedures, and systems.
- Experience in startup or fintech industry is a plus.
- University degree required; certifications a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
