Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop audit plans and strategies for clinical trials.
- Conduct internal and external vendor audits per GCP guidelines.
- Report audit findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Support or conduct GCP and inspection readiness training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in clinical research or QA.
- Experience auditing vendors and clinical sites.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and FDA/ISO guidelines.
- Ability to travel 30%-40% domestically and internationally.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
