- Identify and cross-sell opportunities for Talent products.
- Manage pipeline in Salesforce and forecast revenue.
- Run sales calls with presentations and product demos.
- Close business and achieve consistent quota attainment.
- Act as a product expert and understand competitor landscape.
Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree.
- 3+ years sales experience in SaaS B2B talent solutions.
- Proven success (top 10% of sales org).
- Experience with ATS, performance management software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
