Responsibilities:
- Perform weekly audits on KYC Ongoing KYC cases.
- Support audit reviews and provide timely responses.
- Identify process gaps and provide resolution recommendations.
- Present QA findings and recommendations via dashboards.
- Provide training and feedback to new QA Analysts.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance processes and workflows.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in QA, audit, or financial crime investigations.
- Knowledge of BSA/AML laws and regulations.
- ACAMS or equivalent AML qualification required.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and handle complex cases.
