Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across teams to test hypotheses.
- Work in a squad with product and engineering teams.
- Build and support specific parts of Monzo.
- Contribute to Monzo’s product collectives.
- Support backend infrastructure with distributed systems.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in backend technology products.
- Product mindset with focus on customer outcomes.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity in teams.
- Experience with strongly-typed languages (Go, Java, etc.).
- Interest in distributed systems and resilient software.
