Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of compliance offerings.
- Design and implement compliance processes.
- Supervise, train, and coach compliance team.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of compliance experience in alternative assets.
- Knowledge of U.S. securities and regulations.
- Experience with offshore fund compliance.
- Strong communication and policy drafting skills.
- Proficiency with compliance systems and software.
