Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and prioritize customers’ success.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years in Professional Services and Education Services.
- 6+ years in senior customer-facing roles.
- Strong leadership and project governance skills.
- Excellent communication with executives and stakeholders.
- Proven track record in identifying and implementing solutions.
- Ability to manage service delivery and program plans.
- Willing to travel up to 50%.
