Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning for go-to-market and GA.
- Serve as a strategic partner to CCO, COO, CMO, and others.
- Develop commissions plans to drive profitable growth.
- Review vendor agreements and negotiate terms.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
- Assist with pricing analysis and economic pricing requests.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Sales Finance/FPA at a high-growth company.
- Advanced excel modeling and communication skills.
- Collaborative and positive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven with high standards of integrity.
- Ability to work independently with tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
