Responsibilities:

• Own the design process for new and existing products.
• Translate mission requirements into elegant solutions.
• Contribute to scaling the design system for consistency.
• Plan and conduct user research to inform design.
• Mentor team members and foster design excellence.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design.
• Ability to balance user needs and business goals.
• Experience planning and conducting user research.
• Proven ability to create scalable design systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Passionate about national security mission impact.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
