Senior Investment Banking Analyst at Paired in Brazil Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research on investment products.
• Assess regulatory compliance.
• Draft legal documents (e.g., prospectuses, investment agreements).
• Provide legal advice on financial transactions.
• Manage legal risks associated with investment activities.
• Participate in due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, or other investment activities.
• Collaborate with internal legal teams and external counsel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Prior experience in investment banking or related fields is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
