Responsibilities:

• Lead global content and learning strategy for training.
• Own development and delivery of learning experiences.
• Lead a team of Learning Experience Designers and trainers.
• Ensure effective curricula for diverse audience profiles.
• Deliver a world-class learner experience and programs.
• Partner with Marketing to execute certification strategy.
• Establish key performance metrics for the Learning function.
• Collaborate with teams to retain and expand the customer base.
• Manage strategic interlock with various business teams.
• Innovate with blended learning solutions and strategies.
• Lead implementation of Learning Management System.

Requirements:

• Strong SaaS/Enterprise Software Customer Training leadership.
• Proven experience in growing revenue and PL.
• Leadership in motivating and inspiring a team.
• Experience in blended learning and certification programs.
• Strong strategic and execution skills.
• BA/BS degree required, advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience.
