Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales to engage customers and close deals.
- Provide advice on data privacy and cybersecurity matters.
- Counsel on product development, marketing, and user-facing articles.
- Manage litigation, investigations, and subpoena responses.
- Perform corporate governance functions and maintain entities.
Requirements:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school and state bar admission.
- 7+ years of legal experience at a law firm or in-house.
- Experience with litigation, data privacy, and cybersecurity.
- Ability to build and improve legal processes.
- Strong ownership of work and project management skills.
