Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers for success.
- Own and execute customer success and engagement plans.
- Drive retention and revenue expansion goals.
- Spearhead cross-functional improvement projects.
- Represent the voice of the customer in product roadmap.
- Leverage behavioral data for communication strategies.
- Lead webinars, demos, and consultations for customers.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS customer success experience.
- Experience with MarTech products or marketing teams.
- Ability to influence customer perspectives and usage.
- Experience teaching technical info to non-technical teams.
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
